Biography

PhD in Learning Sciences and Human Development, University of Colorado Boulder, 2024

BA in International Studies, University of Da Nang, Viet Nam, 2012

Dr. Trang Tran joined ISER in 2016 as a research professional and is currently a Research Assistant Professor of Education Policy. Her work supports high-quality, authentic, and meaningful participation across both formal and informal learning environments. She is passionate about collaborating with interdisciplinary partners and communities to honor the complex, multifaceted experiences of learners and educators—centering their identities, perspectives, and roles within education, research, and policy contexts. Dr. Tran holds a PhD in Learning Sciences and Human Development from the University of Colorado Boulder.
