Rebecca has more than ten years of experience in the environmental sciences, including work at the U.S. Geological Survey Water Resources Division and in private environmental consulting. She then applied her expertise to public health issues for six years at the Institute for Circumpolar Health Studies (ICHS) within the UAA College of Health. She most enjoys finding the story within the numbers. Her investigations have been in the areas of water and air quality, but now she appreciates the opportunity to match observations within our physical environment with social and economic implications while supporting ISER faculty with their research needs.
