Dr. Nathan West (Nate) joined ISER/CBHRS in 2022 as a postdoctoral fellow. In 2024, he was appointed to Research Assistant Professor of Behavioral Sciences. Nate is a community-engaged researcher focusing on health promotion and chronic disease prevention. He primarily is interested in faith-based health promotion and partnering with faith communities to better understand the health needs of churches as well as their faith leaders.
